Want to switch careers to something construction related... advice?

So I'm in the real infancy of my research, but just looking for any advice you all are willing to share!

I graduated college three years ago with a marketing degree. Long story short, I have no interest in anything marketing related and realize I messed up in my choice of major. I wake up everyday dreading going to work and can't stand sitting at my desk all day. I've got a bit of a back issue currently that may prevent me from physically stressful jobs (but I'm hoping to have that fixed within a few months).

Really looking for any advice on how someone could make that kind of switch without having a technical degree. There's a local community college that offers a construction and carpentry program, or I'm willing to take online classes to earn a degree in something like construction management (if that would be worth it). I just can't take this damn marketing job anymore haha
