I was reading an r/TIL post about how Americans work longer hours than their European counterparts, and it got me wondering if that holds true in the construction industry.
Does anyone have any experience regarding typical hours worked in Europe or other parts of the world in the construction industry? From my experience, and from what I've read here on r/Construction, 50-60 hours per week is pretty common in the industry in the US. Do most other countries work similar hours? What about vacation time?
