I'm a handy man with a great reputation in my community. I often get asked to do jobs out of my scope. Could I work with a GC on those larger bids and still make money on them?
Honestly I hate turning any kind of work away and I hope I can find away to fully capitalize on my lead generation. Just seems like such a waste. I imagine my accounts and reputation in my community would be valuable to a general contracting company. For example I have three houses that need full interior and exterior paint and they all want it done next month. Should I sale the leads and if so for how much?
