This was the best subreddit I found where I feel I could get some answers, so if this isnt what you want posted here I apologize in advance. I use a sawzall and grinder a lot cutting and grinding metal. I've always noticed that even using hem ten minor so that my hands get weak, forearms swell turn red and itch, also I get shoulder fatigue. Best thing I could find that matched it was HAVs (Hand-Arm Vibration syndrome) once my benefits kick in at work I plan on talking to a doctor about it and some other issues. However I'm just curious if anyone has some solid advice to help against it. I try and take breaks often but as soon as I fire up the tools again it comes back. It's not a daily thing because it's not from work but from my hobbies. I'd prefer not to stop doing them but I also dont want to cause any serious damage to my body. Any advice is welcome and thank you in advance.
