What kind of drug testing does your company perform? (Urine or hair?)

I'm exploring topics for a college essay and I started wondering about drug use in the construction industry.

Knowing how prevalent drug use is in the construction industry, I am curious about what kind of testing the various companies out there are doing? Urine testing seems to be in the majority in most industries, but do any of the bigger companies (McCarthy, Bechtel, Suffolk, etc.) perform the hair tests for their employees?

Also, how has the state-based legalization of marijuana affected the drug testing in states like California, Colorado, etc.?
