The Konkan Railway is operated by Konkan Railway Corporation Limited, headquartered at CBD Belapur in Navi Mumbai,


Maharashtra. The first passenger train ran on Konkan railway tracks on 20 March 1993 between Udupi and Mangalore.

The Corporation invites applications from Central Govt. Employees from Railways and other Govt. Departments and Central PSUs for appointment on Re-employment basis against the posts in USBRL Project Division at J&K.

Deputy Chief Electrical Engineer – 5 Posts
Qualification – B.Tech/B.E
Location- Navi Mumbai, Jammu

Qualification Details:
1. Eligibility: Working experience of 10 years in construction/ maintenance of OHE & PSI.

2. Scale of Pay: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance. TADK Allowance and other applicable Allowances/incentives of USBRL Project.

If your tracks get too loose, they may spool off the undercarriage and put you in a bind – replacing tracks in the field takes at least two people and often auxiliary equipment.
