Looking for recommendations on policing OSHA fined items: specifically, powder actuated cartridges

my trades on site so far have been fantastic. with cleanup, material storage, safety, you name it. then in come the framing and drywall guys.... i’ve found 10+ powder actuated cartridges on the ground today alone, and have already spoken to them three times today. they’ve got 17 guys working all over the building and i can’t be everywhere at once. do you guys have any recommendations on things that have worked to make the guys clean things like these up? tips and tricks? those are hefty OSHA fines and I really don’t want to pay them :)
