Jr-Accounts Payable
Job Description:
* Ensuring vendor and employee payments (RTGS, NEFT and Cheque payments) after making the payment entries in sap within the time lines.
* Preparation of fund approval sheet after creation of liability and getting it authorized.* Verification of payroll entry and making transfer entries and reconciliation of employee loans and salary payable accounts.
* Updading the payment details in work flow and Co-ordination with CBID for timely and accurately updating of vendor payment details.
* Closing of open BRS items (accounts payable related) and attending MAG and Statutory audits.
* Verification of Imprest claims and employee reimbursement claims in the absence of the concerned
* Handling of Cash in the absence of regular cashier.
