Door Keypad Lock not Opening with Correct Code but working just fine with Key

Don’t know if this is the right sub but I need some help.

My padlock door lock has suddenly stopped working. The door is able to lock and unlock just fine using a key and the deadbolt slides smoothly.

When I use the padlock to press the lock button the lock engages and works fine. However when the door is locked and I enter the code correctly the padlock recognizes the code but does not unlock the door.

I have tried resetting and trying to set new codes and every time the padlock is able to register and recognize new codes but unable to open the lock.

The lock is similar to a Taymor Concierge 300 but not the exact same model. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1235337/Taymor-Concierge-300.html?page=34#manual
