QA/QC/Quality (Engineer-Manager) for Railway Projects at Jaipur    20 Posts 

Ensure quality compliance and assurance at project sites
Prepare Project Quality Plan and monthly quality reports.
Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control reports
Responsible for all type of activities at Quality lab such as Mix Design for all type of Concrete & Material Testing – Coarse; Fine Aggregate testing, Concrete Testing -Core Cutting, Rock Bolt Testing, Cube Testing, Soil Testing.
Responsible for Civil Work and quality checks as per specifications & standards.
Quality checks & assurance for operation of Batching Plant & it’s consumption reports.
Precast Segment Casting Inspection & Concrete pouring.
Provide written daily QC reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with each specific projects established standard and constructively confronts non-conformance to produce the desired outcome in a timely manner.
B.Tech or Diploma (Regular)
Experience: 4-12 years of experience in QA / QC
Similar Project Exp: Railways, Highways, Metro, Bridge/Dams



Site HR / Compliance Officer at Jaipur

Strong knowledge of Contract Labour Act, BOCW Act, Inter State Migrant Act, EPF, ESIC, and other applicable labour law.
Obtaining Labour licence / Registration and maintenance of Statutory Registers & Records.
Handling Sub-Contractor Compliance, Contract Labour management, Implementation of Administration Procedures w.r.t Project Office, Guest House, Employee Accommodation, Labor Camp, Travel Desk, Canteen, Vehicles, Security etc.
Liasoning with Government Authorities.
Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility Plans.
Develop positive Relations with all stake holders and Support project team.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Education: MBA (Regular)
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in site HR/compliance

Store In-charge / Store Assistant / Store Keeper for Railway/Road Projects at Jaipur

Receipt of incoming materials as per the approved process and timely accounting of the same in ERP.
Stacking and preservation of materials as per the laid down guidelines and manufacturers instruction manual
Issue of materials to the project as free issue, chargeable and returnable basis as per the procedure
Tracking of Returnable materials; Charging of chargeable materials; Stock taking as per schedules
Ensure security of the materials under custody and safe material handling
Maintaining overall housekeeping of the Stores area in 5S way to ensure quick retrieval of materials
Sending MIS to HO Materials Management as per the schedule (weekly/monthly)
Periodic reconciliation of materials as per SOP
Compliance of Stores activities to ISO and OHSAS
Knowledge of insurance, legal issues and statutory related Regulations
Management of Site Stores / Materials Management function in Construction Projects (Preferably in Metro, High Rise Buildings, Railways (DFCC, OHE), RGGY, Sub-Station and T&D)
B.Tech /Diploma /Any Graduate with Diploma (Materials Management)
Diploma (Materials Management) is mandatory
3+ years of relevant experience in site stores for B.Tech/Diploma holders
12+ years of relevant experience in site stores for other graduates
