SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) Software?

Not sure what other states call these as I only have experience in Texas and Oklahoma with SW3P plans, but does anyone have a good resource for either software or a word document in which you can fill in basic project information and it will compile a Stormwater Pollution Prevention plan for you? We have in the past gone through a consulting service to develop these plans but most of them are very cut and dry, I think it would be easy enough to compile yourself. My company only does work in the state of Texas so I could probably get away with just a word document or simple query.
