Contracts Manager
Exp 10 – 15 Years Raipur
Prepare, review and establish budgetary controls
Phase wise review of budget for understanding cost variations and establishing measures to ensure completion within set limits
Procurement & subcontractor packaging strategy, scope finalisation of vendor / subcontractors.
Prepare due-diligence on various vendors, sub-contractors, etc.
Responsible for review and approval of all contracts and agreements
Responsible for coordinating with SCM for carrying out all supply chain activities
Prepare a risk management plan and support the project manager for implementing the same
Ensure that all the changes to the scope due to any reason (client, site conditions etc.) is recorded and approved by the client

Exp 12 – 20 Years Bengaluru
Design HR Policies and Procedures for Joint Venture
Implementation of key HR Processes (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Integration, Training, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement, Compensation etc)
Create and report HR and Admin Dashboard for all the stakeholders
Implementation of Statutory Compliance
Implementation of Administration Procedures w.r.t Project Office, Guest House, Employee Accommodation, Labour Camp, Travel Desk, Canteen, Vehicles, Security etc
Implementation of innovative welfare plans for Labour Camps
