Procurement department (Buildings Division)
Experience: 5+ years
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Civil / Any Degree in Construction Management
Experience mainly In Purchase and Procurement of construction material required for residential, commercial, hospitals, high rise Projects.
Responsible for procurement of capital and revenue material, this include finalisation of technical and commercial terms & condition.
Establish & Maintain contacts with existing & potential local suppliers for civil construction for Building, specifically Steel, cement, sand, bricks, heavy construction equipments and project procurement materials such as Finishing items, MEP, Bathroom Fitting and PEB Wor

Tenders department (Buildings Division)
Experience: 5+ years
Delhi / Anywhere in India
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Civil / Any Degree in Construction Management
Handling E Tendering Portals for Downloading and uploading tender documents.
Client Relation- Keeps regular contact with existing & potential clients.
Take part in different Business Development meetings. Pre Bid meetings and Post Bid tender openings.
Preparation of Tender submittals, Pre-Qualification documents, Business Development report, and other MIS reports.
Generating business from existing accounts & Generate Leads from daily Newspapers, architects and consultants




Quantity Surveyor (buildings) – Anywhere in India
Experience: 6+ years
Anywhere in India
Education: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Civil / Any Degree in Construction Management
Quantity Surveyor Billing
Quantity Surveyor Planning
Rate Analysis of BOQ Items
Reconciliation of Construction M/ls
Monitoring the progress of the Projects
Preparing Budgets, Planning, Billing, Tendering and Variation Orders
Daily review on work progress and coordinating with sites to achieve targets
Attending Weekly, Monthly review meetings
Checking and updating of planned quantity, required material & rolling plan every month.
Tracking all purchase requisition given by site and co-ordinating with purchase department for timely availability of all materials at site.
Coordination with site management and facilitate in obtaining approvals/ clearances
Preparation of variation report as per DPR and submitting for review.
Coordinating between all the departments and sites on critical shuttering scaffolding schemes

Volvo CE unveils ZEUX: How a LEGO model designed with kids became a prototype for a real autonomous wheel loader

The ZEUX autonomous wheel loader concept employs a scout drone and an adjustable, boom-mounted camera called The Eye, to keep track of its surroundings and indicate focus to nearby humans.
