Generating business from existing accounts & Generate Leads from daily Newspapers, architects and consultants
Quantity Surveyor (buildings) – Anywhere in India
Experience: 6+ years

Attending Weekly, Monthly review meetings
Checking and updating of planned quantity, required material & rolling plan every month.
Tracking all purchase requisition given by site and co-ordinating with purchase department for timely availability of all materials at site.
Coordination with site management and facilitate in obtaining approvals/ clearances
Preparation of variation report as per DPR and submitting for review.
Coordinating between all the departments and sites on critical shuttering scaffolding schemes
