Construction Resume Question

Hello all, I am currently pursuing a career in Building Construction Management and have a huge career fair coming up. I am hoping to land an internship but I have no formal experience in the construction industry. I have pulled a few odd jobs doing construction related things but it was all under the table. All of my work history has been in the service industry, mainly cooking. How should I construct (no pun intended) a resume? I have experience using AutoCad (4 years in high school and taking a class now using AutoCad) and hand drafting. I can work Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with ease and I have experience using a multitude of power tools. Should I lead with relative skills? Very confused right now.
