Hello r/Construction,
I had my on campus interview with a regional general contractor and I just got invited back for a 2nd round. This consists of 3, 30 minute interviews at their headquarters, lunch with a superintendent (along with a site tour), then a meeting with an executive. I am applying for a project/field engineer position.
This company truly is my dream company, and after having been denied 3 years in a row for an internship, I have an opportunity to come on board as a full time hire. Do you have any advice in preparing for the on site tour, the meeting with a superintendent, and really anything else that you might want to throw in. I really appreciate any advice from you all, who have so much more experience than me! Thank you.
