Assistant Manager – Field Support Engineering

Job Description:
1. Management & supervision – Supervision, guidance and trouble shoot the Civil engineering activities (including wind turbine foundations, HT Yard, access roads, and crane paths and pads) within a multi-disciplinary project environment of wind farm, Preparation of RCA, CAPA for the field issues
2. Field inspection and validation – Witness geotechnical investigation, test on soil, concrete, and other construction materials. Also responsible for calibrating and testing measurement equipment for on-site or lab testing of materials used in the field.
3. Documentation & report writing – Document construction activities by taking photos and preparing Daily Inspection Report. Mark-up of drawings & documents to reflect as-built conditions and review execution red-lined and as-built drawings & documents, preparation of field inspection reports.
4. Field process audits – Visits the sites along with the internal audit teams
5. Discussion with Customers – Site visits with customers and address the customer concerns

It’s one of the simpler maintenance chores you can do, but adjusting the tension on the tracks of your compact track loader is critically important. If your tracks get too loose, they may spool off the undercarriage and put you in a bind – replacing tracks in the field takes at least two people and often auxiliary equipment.
