Luby Equipment Services, the CASE Construction Equipment dealer based in St. Louis, has promoted Jeff Mattie to service manager at the Fenton, Missouri, headquarters.
An assistant service manager for the past two years, Mattie takes over for longtime service manager Tom Bognar, who recently retired after 35 years of service.
“I have always considered the position of service manager to be the toughest job in the company,” says Bob Luby, president at Luby Equipment Services. “I am pleased that Jeff Mattie will be assuming these responsibilities in Fenton. Jeff’s tenure as assistant service manager will be influential in his success as the leader of our service department.”
Says Sales Manager David Kedney: “Jeff’s experience and passion for customer service will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers continue to receive the best service offering in the area.”
Luby Equipment Services operates out of its headquarters in Fenton and seven other branch locations.
