I need hammer drill recommendations

I have a concrete patio that is in the shape of an “L”, that wraps into the back of my house. I had the concrete contractor lay me a 16” deep reinforced footer for load bearing. I plan on building a roof on top of the patio and wish to anchor 6x6 poles on the perimeter to hold the roof up. Anybody got any recommendations on what kind of drill/ drill bits that will handle concrete ? I am bawling on a budget so super expensive drills is less preferred.
