Engineers / SR Engineers ( Qs & Commercial )   10 Openings

Job Description:
Study of working drawings, BOQ, contract, tender specification, and drawing.
Taking inputs and joint records on progress of work form site execution engineers.
Calculating quantities of work done from drawing.
Taking data from store regarding client supplied material.
Compiling data from quality department regarding various test results.
Assisting PIC for rate analysis in case of extra items.
Timely submission the extra items rate analysis and getting approval from the client.
Preparing invoice through ERP and submitting client invoice along with all enclosures for running bill and final bill.
Obtain timely certification of the invoice form the concerned client representative.
Should be B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma (Civil) with 5 to 15 yrs of exp.
Should have experience in quantity survey (QS) & Commercial from reputed civil construction companies.
Should have experience in buildings / commercial / IT Parks / Residential projects.
Should have experience of working from Contractor side
Good in written and oral communication.
