Manager – Enabling Structures Design
Job Description:
1.Preparation of Design for enabling works/Form work Design.
2.Must have experience
In Foundation design
shuttering and formwork
lifting arrangements
Launching of PSC girders
Casting beds precast post tensioning
Casting beds precast pre tensioning.
Workshop/store shed and their design
Pile head testing.
3.Supervising team of Engineers for tender and execution stage designs.




4.Interact with other service departments, verticals.
5.Training design team and ensure development for company’s future needs.
6.Periodic site visits for sorting out problems of the project team
7.Must have 10 to15 years of relevant experience in designing enabling work.
8.Must be able to design conventional formwork with easily available material.
9.Experience with enabling design office of Construction Company desirable.
Qualification: Be/B.Tech( Civil)
Must have flair for stress calculations, Lateral Pressure of concrete, Gravity loads on formwork, Lateral Loads, Stress calculations( Bending stress, shear stress, bearing stress, Deflections etc).Must have ability to design enabling structures independently without much guidance.
